Built around one fire
and a long table.
Fork & Flame started in 2014 when a mother and her daughter took over a small breakfast spot on the corner. They ripped out the deep fryers, put in a wood-fired oven, and started cooking the food they grew up on.
Ten years and a few thousand pancakes later, we're still in the same kitchen. Same family. Same fire. Same long table.
